Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing services from Inspirational Coaching Conversations, LLC, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Age Requirement

This website and all services are intended exclusively for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this website or enrolling in services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Professional Disclaimer

Coaching services provided by Nurse Coach Sherron RN, NC-BC are educational, motivational, and wellness-based in nature. Coaching is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or legal advice. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns.

No Guarantees

Individual results vary. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes related to health, financial success, personal development, or business growth.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of coaching services and digital materials, all sales are final unless expressly stated otherwise.

Missed appointments without at least 24-hour notice may be forfeited. Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content created, developed, or provided by Inspirational Coaching Conversations, LLC—including but not limited to the ICC Success Formula, coaching frameworks, course structures, presentations, written materials, worksheets, digital downloads, logos, brand elements, marketing language, and proprietary systems—constitutes protected intellectual property.

No portion of the Company’s intellectual property may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, recorded, or transmitted without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and legal action.

Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Share paid materials with unauthorized parties
• Record coaching sessions without written consent
• Replicate proprietary frameworks
• Misrepresent affiliation with the Company
• Engage in unlawful or harmful website activity

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspirational Coaching Conversations, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website, services, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Ohio before a single arbitrator.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to file a lawsuit in court and waive the right to a jury trial. Arbitration shall be the sole and exclusive forum for dispute resolution.

Class Action Waiver

All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Inspirational Coaching Conversations, LLC.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, technology failures, internet disruptions, illness, or other unforeseen events.

In such instances, services may be rescheduled, delivered virtually, or modified at the Company’s discretion.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING POLICY (A2P 10DLC COMPLIANT)

Inspirational Coaching Conversations, LLC may send SMS communications for appointment reminders, service updates, enrollment confirmations, event notifications, and promotional announcements.

SMS consent is collected via an unchecked opt-in checkbox located directly beneath any website form requesting a telephone number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

SMS consent data is not shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY NOTICE

The Company may photograph or record events, workshops, group sessions, and public gatherings for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant permission for use of your likeness, image, voice, and statements without compensation.

Individuals who prefer not to be photographed must provide written notice prior to the event or at check-in.

CAN-SPAM & COMMUNICATION POLICY

Marketing emails include clear identification of the sender, a physical mailing address, and an unsubscribed link. Unsubscribed requests are honored promptly in accordance with federal regulations.
