From Hospice Nurse to Nurse Coach: Answering My Soul’s Calling
Life has a way of guiding us toward our true purpose, often long before we even realize it. My journey into nursing didn’t begin with a degree or a title—it began in the quiet moments of caring for my maternal grandparents, long before I ever wore a stethoscope. Even then, people saw something in me. “You must be a nurse,” they’d say. And while I wasn’t—yet—I was already answering a deeper calling.
A Life of Service, A Heart for Advocacy
My professional journey has been anything but ordinary. From an award-winning interior designer to a fitness instructor, LPN, RN, and now a Board-Certified Nurse Coach, every step has been an evolution of service, creativity, and purpose.
As a hospice nurse, I walked alongside patients and families in some of the most sacred moments of life—offering not just clinical care, but compassion, presence, and advocacy. It was more than a job; it was a ministry. This role opened doors I never expected: starring as myself in a hospice short film, representing my profession in commercials and billboards, and building deep, lasting connections with families who trusted me in their most vulnerable moments.
But even with all of that, I knew there was more.
Stepping Into My Purpose
The traditional healthcare system often left me frustrated. I saw nurses—strong, brilliant, compassionate professionals—burned out, overworked, and exhausted. I saw families struggling to navigate grief, end-of-life decisions, and personal transformation with little support. I wanted to do more.
So, I took a leap of faith. I walked away from my job as a Hospice RN and stepped fully into my calling as a Nurse Coach—someone who empowers, guides, and supports individuals through life’s biggest challenges. Whether it’s helping overwhelmed nurses and professionals reclaim their passion or guiding families through the complexities of grief and end-of-life care, my work now is about transformation.
A New Chapter, A New Mission
Through my coaching, I combine my years of experience, my love for advocacy, and my deep belief in self-care, confidence, determination, and love. I personally pay for custom Memorial Hearts 🧡 to honor the families I’ve served, a reflection of the lasting impact our connections have. I don’t just believe in doing the right thing—I live by it.
If my journey has taught me anything, it’s this: we are all capable of clarity, healing, and transformation —but we don’t have to do it alone.
So, I ask you:
Are you ready to embrace change? To invest in yourself? To take that next step toward healing and purpose?
Let’s do this together. Ready to start your journey? Let’s connect.
